The idea of this blog have been cooking in the back of my head for quite a long time now, but probably what finally put me into action was realising that my experience could be of help to someone going through any of the areas I didn’t intend but I ended up having a lot to say about, such as: housing in Ireland, allowances and support services related to single parenting and autism, and legal services in the context of domestic abuse.
Anything shared in this blog is a product of my experience and opinion.

About the author
I am a woman born in Spain to a multicultural family. At the age of 25, I moved to South America, pursuing the love of my life and a new life opportunity. After spending seven years there, I moved again—this time to Galway, Ireland. What initially was meant to be a temporary move has since become my home.
I have now lived in Galway for six years, and my life has turned completely upside down. I went from being a professional, ideally married, and living in a comfortable neighborhood to being free yet striving to return to my profession while navigating life as a single mum with very little support in Ireland.
